Great entertainment and plenty of tasty oysters will be featured at the 2015 Pemaquid Oyster Festival on Sunday 27 September 2015 from noon to dusk at Schooner Landing in Damariscotta and throughout the in-town area. As always, the Pemaquid Oyster Festival will feature a great line-up of entertainment, food, educational exhibits and thousands of oysters fresh from the Damariscotta River.

Lynn and I came up on the day after Christmas and will stay through until the 2nd of January the best way to ring in the new year after a peaceful lead-u. The next day we packed up the CX-5 and hit the road at noon for the ride up to the Ballot Box. One of our favorite restaurants in the area.

The Tpac officials and the guide boats were especially busy because of a large Southerly swell that was breaking in the Ala Wai Harbor Chanel. The harbor had been closed the night before and we were the last boat in the day of our arrival. We all really like ALOHA.
